Stunting results in generational loss due to decreased ability work productivity and IQ. Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) plays an important role the growth process, chronic hormone deficiency conditions will spur incidence of stunting. The purpose study was determine effect supplementary food formula substitution sea urchin gonads (Diadema Setosum) on hormone, height weight stunted toddlers Soropia District. This experiment using RCT (Randomized Control Trial) design. sample this were uses a which is given one portion additional food. Additional form nuggets, sausages, bakwan. for 3 months with frequency every day 90 days. Results be achieved that availability formulations substituting gonads, nutritional content formulas, energy protein consumption data, data body thyroid levels, before after formulas
